If you do not agree to these service terms, then do not accept this service terms agreement and do not purchase anything from our website. Any changes will modify and replace all agreements that came before. We reserve any typing errors on this website.

- At times the services may be delivered at a date that is later than what was stated on the website. This is normal. If this happens you can contact our support and they will work to find a solution. Late delivery will not result in a refund.
- You will not get a refund for late delivery.
- We do not guarantee the exact number you purchase. You may receive a few more or a few less. If you receive less, contact customer service.
- When you use this service, it’s at your own risk. We are not responsible for anything that occurs because of using our service. It’s 100% your own (the buyer/customer) risk.
- There is no affiliation between SocialMaxims and Instagram nor is there a connection between any third-party entity associated with Instagram.
- People might in some cases unfollow. If this happens, feel free to contact our support. They will probably find a suitable solution. You do not have the right to claim a refund in this case.
- Users may be inactive, or they may not be real humans.
You will not run any other marketing campaigns while SocialMaxims campaign is running.
We use available public statistics so we can measure the outcomes of our campaigns. If other marketing campaigns are running when we do it interferes with out results. If you only run SocialMaxims campaign, then you agree that we are responsible for every follower, fan, comment, view, visit, like and vote that you gain.
As SocialMaxims is offering an irrevocable and non-tangible goods we do not provide refunds once the order is finished and sent. As a customer it is your responsibility to understand this when you make a purchase.
We do understand that circumstances can occur with regard to the product we provide and the character of it.
As such, we honor requests for refund for the following reasons only:
Complete non-delivery of the product. The process can be slower than expected and the order may finish later than expected. If this happens, contact customer service for assistance. If services were not delivered at all, you must submit a claim to our support department in 7 days from the date the order was placed. If you do not, the campaign will be viewed as completed.
Product not as it was described. If you believe the product was not as described, you must report this to customer service within 7 days of the date that you purchased it. You must provide clear evidence that the purchased product was not as described. If your complaint is false or based solely on your prescription, there will be no refund.
Our support team is always happy to help you and assist with delivery. They will try to do so in a highly professional and timely manner. We appreciate your purchase.

As we are in the internet delivery service, we cannot guarantee when our website will be functioning or available.
